Return and Refund Policy

**Returns Policy:**

**Non - Personalised Items:**
   - Non - personalised items can be returned unopened, provided they are in a resalable condition.

**Personalised Items:**
   - Once an item has been personalised, it cannot be returned due to the inability to resell customised products. Customers will receive images before they are finalised. Please check the images carefully. as changes cannot be made once we have received confirmation.

**Customisation Services with Customer's Items:**
   - While we offer customisation services using customers' own items (e.g., printing or stitching), we cannot be held responsible for any damage that might occur during the process such as a needle snapping or print colour transference. In the rare instances this may happen we will make our best effort to replace the customer's items with a similar one from our own inventory. Please check the images carefully as changes cannot be made once we have received confirmation. 

We highly recommend using our own items as they are specifically designed for personalisation. Using our own garments can help minimise errors related to colour transference and provide a suitable base for embroidery.
